origination.  Duties include reviewing government

documents that are sent in thru the Making Home Affordable

Program initiated by the Obama administration. 

Insuring accuracy for hardship, income, affordability, and

value.  Compare options that are a win win for both

investors and clients.  Communicate with customer

service reps to insure clients are sending in correct

documents to get loans passed and modified for lower

payments and allowing them to avoid foreclosure

proceedings.  Started with company on phones in

Customer Service Center.  Was promoted by showing

accuracy, production, attendance, attention to detail, and

above all a "can do" positive

Started as a Customer Service Representative and worked

my way up to a Quality Assurance Specialist. Duties as a CSR

included answering all incoming calls, emails and chats.

Duties as a QA Specialist include the monitoring and evaluating

of all Customer Service Representatives for quality and training

purposes. Monitor all incoming and outgoing responses

between the CSR and the customer. Assist the reps with training

and data entry for a smoother transaction between the customer

and the rep. Calibrated within the department for a fair and

bill of ladings, stocking of items, and shipping procedures including

local moving companies to insure delivery of product to our

customers.  Conducted weekly inventories to assure

Served my country proudly from 1980-1988.  Served

as a Supply Clerk in units both domestic and in foreign

countries.  Was involved in the El Salvador/Honduran

conflict.  Received hazard pay for duties that involved

defending the way of life for the humble citizens of the

country of Honduras against the Sandinistas from El
